This command-line resource editor automates editing of resources in large numbers of Windows executable files and makes resource editing easier and faster. It allows using VBScript, and creates a repeatable process for updating and customizing resources during the final stage of the build process. RTC fully supports Unicode and enables you to edit strings in and work in multiple languages when stamping file versions during the release process.
